Technical Director - Singapore (m/f/d)

In this role, as part of the management team at our site in Singapur, you will be responsible for the technical functions of product development, project management, and technical sales. With your expertise in both technical and economic contexts, you ensure the high quality of order execution and play a key role in the strategic development of the portfolio and location.

• Leading and managing the technical functions of product development, project management, and technical sales
• Supporting global sales in the creation of technically detailed offers
• Planning and managing order execution through project management
• Strategic development of the portfolio and location within the framework of the group strategy
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director

• Completed studies in engineering, or business engineering
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical contexts, experience in PLC programming is an advantage
• Experience in working with international teams and in project management
• Ability to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
• Understanding of cost implications in designs as well as good economic understanding regarding contribution margin and payment targets
• Knowledge in offer creation (new machines, aftersales) as well as in contract law is desirable
• High intercultural competence, team orientation, and motivational strength
• Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
