Service Technician worldwide (m/f/d) - no relocation necessary

In your function as a service technician worldwide, you will ensure the safe and high-quality processing of service assignments at our customers worldwide and thus make a significant contribution to the satisfaction of our customers. Through regular training courses for new machines and services, you will represent Uhlmann as a competent contact person on site at our customers' premises. In this way, you will play a key role in ensuring customer loyalty and the smooth running of our customers' processes, thus safeguarding our high quality standards and competitiveness in the long term.  

• Conducting service assignments on our packaging machines and inspection systems
• Repair and troubleshooting, converting systems to new products, and performing complex modifications
• Setting up and commissioning machines and systems at our customers' sites and supporting production on-site
• Advising customers on maintenance, preventive maintenance, and the use of spare parts packages and machine upgrades

• Completed training as a mechatronics technician or electrician with experience in complex machinery
• Ideally, a qualification as a technician
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style when dealing with malfunctions
• Experience with on-site assembly assignments at customer locations
• Good English skills and unrestricted willingness to travel
• Communicative personality with a cooperative, goal-oriented, and confident demeanor, and a high customer orientation
